returns & Refunds
All items are made to order and sent to production immediately. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If the item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
Processing Time
This is the time it takes to process an order once in production and to prepare it for shipping. Processing time is usually 1-3 days. During holidays please expect delays as the amount of orders is slightly higher than usual, although we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order is processed, shipping can be 3-8 business days depending on the shipping service selected.
Shipping Carriers
We are not responsible for deliveries; deliveries that are delayed, lost, held, stolen, damaged, or returned packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via “Shipping Carrier”, or incorrect shipping details provided to us at checkout. Shipping is a service you purchase from the “Delivery Carrier” along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the “Shipping Carrier”.
